Must Check your name on the medication vial. Sometimes, there are two patients with same name and date of birth. Although, a pharmacist would make sure that the prescription refill is for the right person – it does not hurt to have a second look to ensure that the prescription being filled is for you.
It is very important to check if your medication is in a right container if you have disability or trouble opening a normal container. Please ask our pharmacist, he will provide an easy to open container for you. We also provide blister packs for easy and safe way to take your prescribed medication.
If you are refilling your prescription, please ensure that your medication is same shape, colour and size as your previous refills. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to speak to the pharmacist.
